'Stork' Birth Record 3x5 Sterling Silver Picture Frame

I like the photo frame and the engraving. However, be aware that there is less silver than pictured. The photos presently on this webpage show the silver part of the frame extending to the back of the frame. In reality, it only goes a short distance toward the back of the frame, and the rest is wood; it's more like a silver front piece on top of a wooden frame. (There is one photo on the website that shows the reverse view of all the wood, with no silver visible from the reverse side angle, and this photo is accurate.) It's still nice, and the front side of the frame is great, but it's not quite what I expected from the photos. I contacted customer service about this. I didn't hear back from my emails, and when I eventually phoned they didn't have much to say—no apology or reason or anything like that, though they were easy enough to talk to—only that they could see what I was talking about and that they hope to include 360 views in the future. I'm still going ahead with using this frame as a gift for a family member, but it seems important to have more accurate photos on the website.
