DIRECT-TO-CUSTOMER:  (Drop Ship): Cunill America will ship direct to your customer upon request. 

PERSONALIZING:  Cunill America will engrave product for its wholesale accounts for a small fee of $10.00. We use a computerized diamond tip system which etches text (or images) into the metal. See the various font options at the product level of this website or call us and we'll email you an order form.     

OPENING ORDER / PAYMENT INFORMATION: Cunill America opening order minimum for wholesale accounts is 1 item, with preferred method of payment being credit card or Paypal, however terms are available upon our review of a new account application. You may request an application by contacting our office. SHIPPING METHODS: The Cunill America domestic carriers are FedEx and UPS. All orders within the US will receive free shipping, international orders will be quoted at checkout. You will be notified at time of shipment and will be issued a tracking number for your order. 

DAMAGES: If a damaged or defective merchandise claim is necessary, please contact our office as soon as possible upon receipt.  We will issue a prepaid return label and send it by email or fax. Please refer to your invoice number and style number as well as quantity and description of the problem.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for any item that is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Personalized items can be replaced, but are not eligible for return and full refund. Please notify us at 888-8CUNILL or reach us via email at and we will arrange a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process and approve your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING: Cunill America establishes and MSRP for each product but does not require MAP pricing. We request that our retail partners stay within reasonable range of our suggested retail price with due respect for the product value and brand name.

PRODUCT IMAGES: Cunill America provides high resolution jpg format images to approved accounts upon request. Digital images will be sent by email or large file transfer software of choice.
