After I ordered the frame I got a call from a very nice gentleman who said the frame I ordered was backordered and might be a few days later getting to me (it was still very fast). He gave me the option to choose a different frame. I decided that the frame I ordered would still get to me in plenty of time, but he still called me a few days later to confirm that it was on schedule to get to me by the date he had quoted. This is what customer service OUGHT to be everywhere, but I don't think I've ever seen anything to match it. Thank you so much Cunill!
